Job Growth Incentive - Payments equivalent up to 30% of local income tax withholdings for a negotiated amount of years for non-Downtown job creation and retention within the City. The purpose of the Job Growth Incentive is to stabilize and strengthen the non-downtown office and industrial space and increase employment opportunities.
